Vemorah is an online commerce and fashion platform that connects customers with carefully sourced fashion, lifestyle and occasion-related products.

Vemorah may source products directly from suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers or other business partners and may update, add or remove product categories and services from time to time.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Vemorah and place orders.

By using Vemorah, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for purchases made by minors where applicable.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, measurements and other information displayed on Vemorah are accurate.

However:

• Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
• Minor variations may occur between photographs and the actual product.
• Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing or measurement variations.
• Product availability may change without notice.
• Some products may be sourced in limited quantities.

Vemorah reserves the right to correct errors, update product information and change or discontinue products at any time.

All prices displayed on Vemorah are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Where an obvious error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, Vemorah reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered fully accepted until Vemorah confirms the order.

Vemorah may refuse, cancel or limit an order where:

• The product is unavailable.
• There is an obvious pricing or listing error.
• Payment cannot be verified.
• There is suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.
• The order contains inaccurate information.
• There are circumstances beyond Vemorah’s reasonable control.

If Vemorah cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Customers must complete payment using the payment methods made available on the Vemorah platform.

Vemorah does not intentionally store complete card details where payment is processed through an authorised third-party payment provider.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information supplied during checkout is accurate.

Vemorah will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Traffic and transportation conditions.
• Weather.
• Public holidays.
• Supplier delays.
• Courier delays.
• Incorrect customer information.
• Events outside Vemorah’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders promptly after delivery.

Where an item appears damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, the customer should contact Vemorah as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant evidence, including photographs or videos where requested.

Vemorah’s return, exchange and refund eligibility depends on the nature of the product.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Products must be returned in their original condition.
• Products must not have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or used.
• Original packaging, tags and accessories should be retained where applicable.
• Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene, customised or other legitimate reasons.

Where a return or exchange is approved, Vemorah will provide the applicable instructions.

Refunds will be processed using the applicable payment or refund method after the return has been reviewed and approved.

Vemorah reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the applicable return conditions.

For fabrics sold by length, quantity or measurement, customers are responsible for confirming the required quantity before placing an order.

Where fabric has been cut, altered, customised or processed according to a customer’s specific instruction, it may not be eligible for return or exchange except where the product is defective or Vemorah supplied an incorrect item.

Vemorah may offer promotional prices, flash deals, discounts, countdown offers, bundles or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional offers are available only for the stated period.
• Offers may be limited by quantity.
• Offers cannot necessarily be combined with other promotions.
• Vemorah may end or modify a promotion where necessary.
• A promotional price does not guarantee continued availability.

If you create a Vemorah account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity carried out through your account.

You must notify Vemorah if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Vemorah may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, misuse or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use Vemorah for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Interfere with the operation or security of Vemorah.
• Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit Vemorah’s content without permission.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Abuse promotional offers or refund systems.
• Use automated systems to interfere with the platform.
• Engage in conduct intended to harm Vemorah, its customers, suppliers or partners.

All Vemorah branding, logos, names, designs, website content, graphics, photographs, text, videos, software and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Vemorah unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit Vemorah’s intellectual property without prior written permission.

If you submit photographs, reviews, comments, feedback or other content to Vemorah, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.

By submitting content, you grant Vemorah permission to use, reproduce, display and publish the content for legitimate business, marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive or infringes another person’s rights.

Vemorah may use third-party services including payment processors, delivery companies, technology providers and other business partners.

Vemorah is not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party systems outside its reasonable control, although Vemorah will make reasonable efforts to assist customers where appropriate.

Your use of Vemorah is also subject to Vemorah’s Privacy Policy.

Vemorah may collect and process information necessary to operate the platform, process orders, provide customer support, improve services, prevent fraud and communicate with customers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vemorah will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Vemorah will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, telecommunications failures, internet outages, supplier disruptions or other similar events.
