User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information provided during account creation. Confidentiality of login credentials remains the sole responsibility of the account holder.
Vemorah reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion if any breach of terms is detected or suspected.

05. Orders & Payments
05Order confirmation is provided only after successful payment verification. Cancellation rights are subject to the processing status of the order. We only accept approved payment methods secured through our encrypted gateway.
Delivery & Fulfillment
All timelines provided are estimates. Vemorah accepts no liability for delays caused by 3rd party logistics or customs processes.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Failure to do so may result in additional redirection fees or loss of package.
Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be initiated within 3-5 days after delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with all Vemorah tags attached.
Refunds are processed only after a thorough inspection by our Quality Control team.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, harassment of staff or other users, providing false information, or attempting price manipulation.
09. Intellectual Property
The VEMORAH brand name, logo, all text, and imagery are the exclusive property of Vemorah Fashion House. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our creative assets is strictly forbidden.
We periodically update our terms to reflect changes in our service. Continued use of the Vemorah platform constitutes your acceptance of these updates.
